The HUDL Committee has been working hard to obtain HUDL game film from schools so we can provide officials with another valuable training resource.
🎥 These game film clips provide an opportunity to review actual plays and help officials better understand the game, rules, mechanics, and game situations.
📅 Weekly “You Make the Call”
Ideally each Monday, we plan to send out a short survey featuring several plays to review.
After watching each clip, you will have an opportunity to:
👀 Review the play
🤔 Consider the situation
📋 Make the Call by selecting from several choices
🏆 Thursday Results
By Thursday, we will provide:
- The survey results
- The correct ruling
- An explanation of the ruling
- Additional information to help with understanding the play
This will be a great opportunity to learn from actual game situations and see how other officials view the same play.
We look forward to making “You Make the Call” a weekly part of our CFFO training and development!
